I’ve been testing the product for a while, and overall it’s a very solid projector with great value for the price. Here’s my honest experience:
Pros:
* Image quality is sharp with good colors and brightness.
* Excellent sound quality, much better than most projectors in this price range.
* Low input lag makes it ideal for gaming, especially with fast-paced titles.
* The heatpipe-based cooling design keeps the projector running very cool, even during long sessions.
Cons:
* The blower fan that cools the LCD panel produces a slightly annoying frequency.
* Smooth 60fps playback over HDMI is only possible when keystone correction is turned off.
* The built-in YouTube app sometimes struggles with smooth 1080p playback. * My unit had a defective pixel on the LCD panel. :(
Conclusion:
Despite a few drawbacks, the VEVSHAO A22 is a powerful projector with excellent cooling, great brightness, and very good sound.
